You have the right to cancel a purchase contract within fourteen days. Your revocation right ends if we provide the purchased service to you (e.g. a personal session). The withdrawal period for physical products is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier of the package, has taken possession of the product. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Merlin Peters, Märkische Straße 1, 58300 Wetter (Ruhr), e-mail: love@life-in-the-new-energy.com by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the article is polluted, destroyed or otherwise altered in such a way that a resale is impossible or aggravated. 

You bear the direct costs of returning the ware.

Please avoid damage and contamination of the article and send the goods back in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable wrapping.
